  • Corporate invoicing terms must be agreed in writing.
  • Any applicable taxes, charges, or administrative fees will be clearly communicated.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of enrollment.

4. Certification & Assessment

Where programs include assessment or certification:

  • Participants must meet attendance and assessment requirements.
  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the program.
  • APM reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance, misconduct, or incomplete requirements.

Certificates issued remain the intellectual property of APM and may be revoked in cases of misuse or fraud

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during training, including:

  • Slides
  • Workbooks
  • Templates
  • Digital content
  • Assessment materials

Are the intellectual property of Academy of Professionals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Participants may use materials for personal learning purposes only and may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Use for commercial training purposes

without written authorization.

6. Cancellation & Substitution

APM reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule programs
  • Change trainers
  • Modify program delivery format
  • Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, participants may be offered:

  • Transfer to another session
  • Credit toward future programs
  • Refund (subject to refund policy)

Participants may request cancellation subject to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully
  • Follow trainer instructions
  • Avoid disruptive or inappropriate conduct
  • Comply with health, safety, and organizational policies

APM reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

APM shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of income, business, or opportunity
  • Personal decisions made based on training content
